Dennis Dresden (1958) is one of the founders and shareholders of DFLS Legal & Tax. In 1990 he was co-founder of Vink & Partners lawyers, tax advisors and civil-law notary to which he was affiliated as a partner until 1 March 2015. Dennis is both a lawyer (since 1987) and a tax consultant (since 1984) and therefore has more than thirty years of practical experience.

As a tax advisor, he mainly assists major shareholders, property investors and wealthy individuals. He advises on estate planning and inheritance law and inheritance tax. As a lawyer, Dennis deals with matters and procedures that are mainly tax-oriented. He supervises acquisitions of companies and investment companies, conducts due diligence investigations and draws up contracts for acquisitions. Moreover, he has accompanied many discreet schemes in recent years. In addition, Dennis handles the settlement of tax audits and very specific FIOD cases.

Dennis is a member of both the Dutch Bar Association and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers. He is also a member of the specialist association of the Dutch Bar Association, namely that of lawyer-tax experts. Dennis is (besides) a board member of many charitable and social institutions. In his free time Dennis likes to travel and he visits auctions in search of paintings (early twentieth century Dutch painters) and Judaica.
